Our visit to sinai Academy


Last week we visited the Sinai Academy in Bloubergrant.

 it was very fun we got to see so much different things the Torah is fascinating. It's so different to.and the Callah bread  was so yummy and the grape juice.  And there language is so cool. the scrolls seam so special and the ram horn was so big.the meal shabbat is Awesome.it was so….. Cool,different,and  fun we got to learn about the language and how there friday meal works. I wish i could have a friday meal like that .

We got to look at the Hebrew alphabet it is so different but cool.  We got to Hear  them hallaheuh  in Hebrew it was so fun . THe Rabbi has strings around him its so Different

The grade 4 camp

Last week we were on camp. we went to Simonsberg Christen Center .but before we went on camp we went to the giraffe house .there were reptile show's,zebra's,snakes and we feed the animals. Then  we actually went to the camp site and when we got there we got some time to settle down . after we settled down we talked about the rules and we got this card that had all our dorm mats on it thay called our dorms one by one. we had a tour after that so we know were all the places were through out the whole camp we did...     team building,we built a fort in the forest , we sat by the bonfire and had a talent show rousted marsh mellows, we went on the obstacle course and my favorite game was all the team games! when we got back i was sssooooo tierd and i had to go to a place straight after that.

The Butterfly Lion

Name of book: The  Butterfly Lion Author: Michael Morpurgo Genre: Children's story Character's: Bertie,Millie,The White Prince Setting: Timbavati in Africa,England,France Summary : A boy runs away from boarding school.then he  bumps in to a old lady she invites him inside .they have tea scones and the old lady tells the story of Bertie and the butter fly lion. Bertie is very interested in the story of the butterfly lion .They have a lion on the ground in the garden. its made of chalk and all the blue butterfly's  like to sit on it if you wanna know more you should read The Butterfly Lion. Lesson From Book: My lesson is that nothing is impossible there is all ways a way my feelings about the book : I Really like the book Because it Gives you lots of lessons in life .
